" "Villa Melsoms is a typical example of many that are springing up around Kusadasi. Unfortunately, this also means that it is located on an estate that is both partly-built and (possibly) less than 50% occupied. However, although this does give it a bit of a "building site" feel, there was very little intrusive construction noise and it did not detract from our overall enjoyment. On the plus side, it does have a good-sized private pool, which is constantly filtered, wonderfully cool and has underwater illumination for those "midnight dips"! There are one or two discrepancies in the description but the only one that was a little inconvenient is that the cooking facilities are not as stated - there is no cooker, just a microwave and a small, electric grill/oven. Whilst this is not the "end of the world", we were looking forwards to having a few meals sitting outside and this very much curtailed what could be prepared. The only other "niggle" was that whilst it is possible to see the sea from the balconies, the description makes no mention of the fact that the villa built next door all but completely obscures the view. The Management Company is excellent, not at all intrusive but there if you need them - and I highly recommend you avail yourself of their airport collection and delivery service! Overall, we had a great holiday. Our five-year old daughter was rarely out of the pool and there are loads of things to do and see. The town is a tremendous mix of colors, sights and sounds and the local people are very friendly. Would I recommend Villa Melsoms to a friend? Yes, I would"

" "We booked the villa on the internet and were very pleased upon our arrival. The villa met our expectations; it was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean and as described on the website. We were two families and enjoyed the villa and its pool. It was quiet on the complex as it was a newly built complex and therefore offered a lot of privacy. Although the complex was still being developed the services provided were excellent, i.e. the pool was attended daily, the lawns were mowed, there was security on site, and water was delivered within a very short period of time if required. Public transport was easily accessible to the town centre and local shops. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and would be pleased to stay there again."

" "An excellent holiday all round! Villa is lovely, the neighbors are fantastic and the weather....................hot! The house is in a great location and found it easy to get around the resort. We will be going back next year! The house has everything you need and is just like being at home. The house is nice and cool although I have been told that they are having Air-con installed ready for September 2007. The roof garden is lovely, views are great and we enjoyed a bottle of wine or two whilst watching the sunsets. Peace of Mind prepared a welcome pack which was our bible and gave us all the information that you need and have taken such pride in this house. Peace of Mind did a great job. I would never stay in a hotel again and will come here time and time again"

" "The villa is in a beautiful and very well maintained complex. The estate is guarded; cars can be parked inside the property, on a secure parking lot in front of the villa. The house is clean and extremely well equipped. We were provided with towels, additional bed linen, all supplies for everyday house maintenance, detergents, cleaning utensils, even light bulbs, children toys and books. The dishwasher saved us from spending hours in the kitchen. Danny and Rubab from POM Property Management Company were always available and happy to help, which gave us a nice feeling of confidence and support. I would recommend this property for family holidays. It is comfortable, relaxing and peaceful - everything a family could ever wish for."

" "My friends and I stayed in this villa recently, and we were delighted with it. It is absolutely gorgeous and is easily one of the nicer places in which I've stayed. The weather in Turkey is astounding (especially if you come from Dublin!), however the A/C and private pool served to cool us all down when the heat got too much for us. The rooms are very clean and finished to a very high standard. I heard about the villa through a friend and it is located close to a local dolmush (I think that is the correct spelling - it means bus stop) and the town of Kusadasi is only a short spin away. The restaurants in town are great (make sure they put enough kick in your cocktails) and all in all we had a great holiday while based here. The service from Peace of Mind property was excellent; Oh and the views of the sun setting over the Aegean Sea are something you'll raise a glass to!!"

Fig Tree Villa Kusadasi
" I stayed in fig tree villa from the 4th on May until the 24th may 2007. I had a wonderful time, its peaceful and quite yet only a 10min bus ride from the beach or the town centre. The villa had everything I needed, a real home from home in the sun and I will book again as soon as I can get to kusadasi again. No more hotels for me when you can have your own peaceful garden. The property management company that is looking after the villa was excellent and very helpful supplying the welcome basket and airport transfers, nothing is too much trouble. Joy"

The review: We found that this property met our needs and fulfilled our expectations in every way. Any problems we encountered were only minor details and all were attended to within hours of us ringing the office. We found Danny and the staff at Peace of Mind property management to be extremely helpful and friendly and the villa was equipped with everything that we required. The pool was filled the day after we arrived and we all got great use out of it! We would definitely recommend this villa to a friend.

Villa Miriam Kusadasi
The review: We stayed in villa Miriam in June 2008.We had a wonderful time here, there were 3 children and 3 adults I loved every min of the holiday and was very sad to leave this wonderful place. It is the most perfect little oasis of clam that I have ever experienced The property management team looked after us so well(thank you Danny).I cant wait to go back, try it for yourself ..
